Call us at Toll-Free at (888)269-2667 and request an RMA (Return Authorization Number) for Monitor Repair. Pack your Monitor in it's original box if available, or in a suitable size box that has at least 3 inches of foam or bubble wrap around all sides of the Monitor for protection. Include proper video cables so the Monitor can be tested.  We do not need the AC Power cord.	E-mail Us!

Mail the box to us by either UPS/Federal Express or Air Borne Express and insure it for replacement Value, (We prefer you insure your Monitor when shipping to our facility for Monitor Repair). Insurance is inexpensive (About .30 per $100).Don't forget to put a return address on the outside of the Box.

When your Monitor arrives at our Facility

• We will Diagnose the problem and call you with an Estimate within 3-5 Business days.
• After estimate approval from the customer we will Repair all defects/problems and return your Monitor Repaired in the same box unless otherwise notified.
• Return shipping will be via UPS 3 Day. (Additional Charge for Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air)
• We will Back our Monitor Repair work with a 90-Day Warranty on Labor. Most Monitor parts carry a 1 year warranty.
