RMA Information

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) - Needed for all Repairs Mailed in to us. This ensures you that your merchandise progress can be tracked properly. Also need for return shipping and repair information.

How to Obtain an RMA Number Call us at Toll-Free at (888)269-2667 and request RMA (Return Authorization Number) for Laptop Repair. Pack your Laptop in it's original box if available, or in a suitable size box that has at least 3 inches of foam or bubble wrap around all sides of the Laptop for protection. Don't forget to include your AC Adapter, batteries are not sufficient for testing most repairs.

Mail the box to us by either UPS/Federal Express or Air Borne Express and insure it for replacement Value, (We prefer you insure your Laptop when shipping to our facility for Laptop Repair). Insurance is inexpensive (About .30 per $100).Don't forget to put a return address on the outside of the Box.

When your Laptop arrives at our Facility

• We will Diagnose the problem and call you with an Estimate within 3-5 Business days.
• After estimate approval from the customer we will Repair all defects/problems and return your Laptop Repaired in the same box unless otherwise notified.
• Return shipping will be via UPS 3 Day. (Additional Charge for Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air)
• We will Back our Laptop Repair work with a 90-Day Warranty on Labor. New Laptop parts carry a 1 year warranty, refurbished Laptop parts carry 90 days to 6 Months warranty, used Laptop parts carry a 30 days warranty!
